Nice place to stay! Nothing...

Liked: Great location just off the highway. Spacious, clean room. Heat/AC worked great. People working there were lovely. The breakfast was the typical hotel simple breakfast with the little pre-made cheese omelets (I find unappealing but that’s me) and lots of hot and cold options.
Disliked: Our room had two queen beds. One side of each bed was completely sunken - the room needed new mattresses. I almost rolled out! Very very uncomfortable. I slept most of the night in the center of one bed and my husband did the same with the other bed. By doing that we were able to get to sleep.

Disliked: How old it is. The room key to use the elevator is broken.There is no plugs or boiler or coffee in the rooms.

Liked: Breakfast was OK. There was a good choice of food.
Disliked: Biscuits and gravy were not so good.

Liked: Breakfasts were pretty good. Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: We had to ask for towels and trash pickup after a few days. On the other hand, they don't bother you at all unless you want something.

If it goes wrong one...

Disliked: Unfriendly staff, would not even listen or register membership card that was shown to them. Everything I asked was answered NO. Worst, the room was booked twice (and was charged twice to my credit card) by Booking mistake (I could only use one room per night) and staff refused to arrange for cancellation of one of the charges. This alone overshadows the facility which actually is not too bad. It's just that you get treated badly. The previous time I had a Booking confirmation but the hotel did not and it took me 40 minutes to check in. Room had no coffee supply, but that may have been an accident.
