Liked: I loved everything about this hotel. It was clean, beautiful decor, everyone was so friendly, FANTASTIC breakfast, and easy access to the Riverwalk
Disliked: Honestly. There was nothing that I disliked. It was truly a great place to stay. I would certainly book this place again!

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, especially DeMarcus at the front desk. The location on the Riverwalk was very convenient as it was within a 10 minute walk to several restaurants. The continental breakfast was very good. Make sure you request your car about 30 minutes before you checkout.
Disliked: If you want a view of the Riverwalk you need to upgrade. The view from our room was of several dilapidated buildings with homeless people moving in and out of them. The pool area had several areas taped off which is concerning. The breakfast area is extremely humid with all the windows but the food was good. The valet drop off is very hectic because the street in front of the hotel is extremely narrow and crowded

Great stay

Liked: Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. Location was awesome. I was upgraded to a better room at no extra cost.
Disliked: Wish they had their own parking. Have to use valet and it sucks if you forget items in the car.

We enjoyed our stay!

Liked: Breakfast was good. We enjoyed being on the Riverwalk. Staff was courteous and friendly.
Disliked: Bed creaked. Coffee pot didn't work, but was replaced immediately. Neighborhood not great.

Disliked: Bed are not comfortable. Pillows barely have stuffing very old. Breakfast rooms do not have AC. The pool so gross, construction in all 4 corners of the pool. (Dangerous for kids). Rusted water spout looks nothing like the relaxing pictures. Have to have a key to use restroom in the hotel.Hotel doesn’t even have a General Manager and you can tell it’s so rundown and needs update.
