Good stay & I’d stay...

Liked: I just stayed one night. I liked they had bags with food at the coffee station. I left at 4am and was able to get a coffee and one of their brown bags . The front desk staff were nice and the facility looked nice in the common areas. My room was nice and clean.
Disliked: The room doors are a little old and should probably be replaced.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: They didnt clean the room. When I reported that the room wasnt clean and that I needed clean towels. She said I can give you a towel. I told her that the room should be cleaned and that they should put clean towels in the room. Nothing was done.

Very good

Liked: the cleanliness, the location, and no noise.
Disliked: the room did not have a microwave

Bad

Liked: Breakfast was good. The Kitchen Helper, Dawn is very good at her job. She keeps all items stocked and warm.
Disliked: The Desk Clerk seemed new and was rude. Upon check in, he tried to add to the prepaid price paid for the reservation. He said it should have been this amount but we paid less through Booking.com. We told him no that we had already prepaid. Then we asked for bottled water for our Hilton Honors level and he said it was only for this level and above. I said that I was that level and he just assumed that I wasn't at that level before looking at my card and then realizing I was the level in question. Our key cards didn't work so we had to go back to the Desk Clerk to have them recoded to enter the hotel doors. Upon arriving back at the hotel after dinner, we found that none of the hotel doors were locked so anyone could enter without a key. We told the Desk Clerk and his response was that he was only there until 11:00 pm and it wasn't his responsibility. There is a sign posted at every door stating that the doors are always locked for guest safety. Upon going out early morning, we noticed that none of the doors were locked still. The Desk Clerk for check out wasn't any better. She was rude also when we mentioned that the doors were left unlocked.

Liked: Location was good and so was the breakfast.
Disliked: Not enough breakfast choices.

One nite stay

Liked: Nice front desk clerk n breakfast was not bad

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Too much visible wear and tear on the building. It can be seen in the elevator and in the hallways

Everything we needed!!

Liked: It was in a prime location everyone was nice and it was perfect for our tournament weekend stay.
Disliked: I loved it all.
