Perfect location to downtown area, Convention Center, and Visitor Center. The bed was very comfortable; A/C worked great; hotel lobby cookies were a great snack. The snack bar prices were priced well. Overall I would stay there again.

Liked: Staff was excellent and very helpful. Fitness center was great and was needed after eating all that excellent southern cooking.
Disliked: None to report.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Savannah! It was beautiful, hotel staff was very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the concert at the Civic Center, which was right across the street!! We will be back!!

Liked: The location was convenient to SCAD. It was clean and and well maintained.
Disliked: The parking overflow is not fully explained at booking. If the on-site parking lot is full, which it was our entire stay, you have to park a block away in the shared parking garage.

Liked: I loved everything about this hotel. The front desk lady, aniyah, was very nice and smiley. I met the lady that was cleaning rooms and she was lovely as well and the room was nice and clean and smelled great. The location is great for wanting to be in the midst of everything. River Street is 10 to 15 minutes walking from the hotel and about 5 minutes from the best dessert bar I have ever known. The hotel gives off a great historical vibe, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to chill and vibe with the people of Savannah.

Beautiful hotel in the heart...

Liked: Beautiful lobby, heated outdoor pool, and very centrally located. Nice rooms. Everything was walking distance. Free breakfast was high quality. Parking is $30 per day in their garage, but includes in/out privileges. Public garages charge less but it's done by the day so you have to pay each time you come in.
Disliked: Check in process. Not friendly, and no designated parking spots for registration (and parking is very limited on the street). Eventually I had to use a disabled space to unload our luggage and check in. There is a garage for guests ($30) but you need your key card to get into the garage. Therefore, you need to be checked in before you park....and where do you store your car while you're checking in?
