Liked: Location is really good for where we were visiting in the Opry Mills area. Clean and comfortable. I would stay again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We had 2 toddlers with us and could have used a microwave to warm food or drink but there was not one in the room.

Not a normal Hampton Inn!

Disliked: Unfriendly staff. I asked for extra towels when I booked the reservation and received a confirmation that they would provide extra towels. When we got to our room, there were no extra towels. When I called the front desk, the guy sighed like I was an inconvenience to him. The room was chilly and we tried to turn on the heat. The heater smelled awful and we turned it off after about five minutes. I plugged my phone in to charge next to the bed and the outlet didn’t work at all. In the morning we had a dead cockroach in the bathtub. We went down for breakfast and they were out of orange juice and everything was filthy! We ended up leaving and going to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. When we checked out, the girl behind the counter never asked us if everything was okay for our stay.
