I won't be staying here...

Liked: I loved the self check in from my smart phone. I loved the availability of fresh coffee and tea and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: My heater would not heat my room! Not enough valet carts available. The morning staff were genuinely friendly and nice but the evening staff were not, but the evening staff still handled my requests and got me extra towels and blankets because my heater wasn't working. The lobby charts were peeling and gross to sit on.

Disliked: The parking area landscape was filled with trash. Needed maintenance.

Can do better

Liked: I like the hotel's distance to the shopping centre just fee blocks away.
Disliked: The coffee mug has a lipstick stain when I used it. Also, the bed is too soft. Just so hard to sleep.

Very good

Liked: Computer scheduled maintenance that the staff wasn't prepared for preventing us from the room we booked. Staff located another acceptable room and comped the charge for the inconvenience of having to wait so long to check in
Disliked: That we didn't get the room requested and possibly faced having to find another place so late at night.
