Liked: After booking a three night stay we were forced to cancel (never got inside the hotel) this was due to the lack of parking I understand it's first come first serve but we didn't realise and weren't told its 20 spaces only your alternative parking is to far away and definitely not safe to leave your car there is a RCP run car park opposite Thomson street that we tried to use but unfortunately my card was scammed setting up an account to pay resulting in my account being frozen i found your manager and team to be unhelpful as it was totally out of my control he had great pleasure in telling me that I would be charged for the first night I can't comment on the hotel as i never got to see inside I had to return home two and a half hour drive lost my birthday weekend and lost the show I'd booked to see if I would have known about the parking situation I would have never have booked your hotel

On the whole a fabulous...

Liked: Hotel was lovely and clean. The beds were comfy, great shower. Fairly spacious room. Staff were also lovely. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Just a personal thing (obviously not a game changer) but I think it's nice when you get biscuits with your free tea and coffee. I always say to my hubby..... are there biscuits on the tray? :-). There wasn't any biscuits :-(Breakfast was ok. I absolutely love a full English breakfast. One of my favourite things ever. It was decent enough but there was only one type of egg available which was scrambled egg and I'm fairly certain it was powdered egg.... not fresh. Also no mushrooms, black pudding, fried bread etc. It was basic. The bacon and sausages were nice enough.
