Comfortable, central stay

Liked: Great location in the centre (but not too noisy), lovely friendly staff, clean and everything provided as promised, breakfast was good and plentiful. Check in/out process was simple - I even left my suitcase there for a couple of hours after check out, free of charge. You can even see a piece of Roman Canterbury through the glass floor by reception!
Disliked: Although there is air con, it was not possible to open the window in the room. The hotel does take a £25 deposit per night which they later refund as long as no issues - I hadn't realised this ahead of my trip, but not too much of a problem.

Perfect for an overnight stay...

Disliked: Parking arrangements. Difficult to find correct car park. If we had wheels on suitcase it would have been ok, but without it was too far from the hotel to carry bags comfortably. Night parking charge- £25 a night. Not made clear we could have stayed there until later in the day. If we had known we would have made different plans.
