Altogether very satisfied, would suggest!

Liked: The room was good, very quiet, although facing the street. Pillows were excellent (two choices)! No smell what so ever (Im very sensitive). Staff was perfect! Location very good, close to main shopping street and tub.
Disliked: There were some issues - air condition didn´t work, plugs stopped working, so we couldn´t charge the phones, bathroom door got stuck all the time. But the staff took care of everything, so at the end, all good, just needed to deal with all those issues.Also, don´t get a room near the elevator and corridor door - first night couldn´t sleep at all, it sounded like someone was coming into our room all the time.

Disliked: Bed was extremely low basically on the floor also gap between the bed and the wall so pillows fell down the back of the bed

Liked: Staff were friendly and welcoming. Comfortable and clean room. Excellent location for Euston station and trip to Wimbledon tennis.
Disliked: No bedside cabinets.

Disliked: One staff member at the front desk was a bit rude on a few occasions.
