Overall a good spot, I'd...

Liked: Excellent location and I think reasonably priced given this for a good sized room. Air con in room very welcome in the heat. Quiet, clean, tastefully decorated room, spacious shower. Didn't sample the breakfast.
Disliked: When checking in I was waiting for 10 mins for someone to come to the desk and there's no way to call anyone. Air con unit was very dusty, spreading dust on the walls etc and unpleasant smell when on. Bed was VERY firm, really not that comfortable. Biscuits in the room were stale.

Liked: Absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Fitzrovia. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful and courtious. One special mention to Christo, an absolute Gentleman and super helpful, I applaud him! The room was plush and ample for me on my own. All amenities included and lovely and comfy. Continental breakfast was more than enough.
Disliked: £16.95 a cocktail, but it is London

Liked: Bed comfortable and location ok
Disliked: Room dated and dusty in places. UHT milk and no fridge. Requested some milk which never arrived. Breakfast good but very expensive! Hot when we arrived but room not ready !

Disliked: The bathroom was absolutely tiny, and the door opened inwards, meaning you had to step into the shower, then close the door, then step out of the shower to get to the loo.

Liked: Everything. The staff- helpful and accommodating, big room, great shower. Location- walkable but also close to underground, quiet but with so many food and shopping options around.
