Spa Grande is now Kilolani Spa at Grand Wailea A Waldorf Astoria Resort offers a wide variety of body treatments massages and beauty services. A hydrotherapy bath circuit is also featured. The Wailea Canyon water park offers 9 outdoor swimming pools connected by a lazy river and features a water elevator water slides waterfalls caves children's pool sand beach and a swim-up bar. A separate adults-only pool and sun terrace is also offered. A state-of-the-art fitness center is available to guests. A children's activity program includes lei making crafts and video games in a separate activity center. Liked: Great location and beautiful grounds.
Disliked: This property DOES NOT feel like a Waldorf Astoria, except for the prices. This feels like an average Hilton in almost all ways, except for the lovely grounds.

Liked: Helpful and friendly staff, beautiful location.
Disliked: Facility was under construction when we were there. I did not received anything that says otherwise during my reservation. Some of the cabanas looks old.

It was heavenly to spend...

Liked: Top notch facilities Staff trained really well. Another world. Everything thought out including the facilities gardens and rooms.
Disliked: Entertainers in.bar could improve,. Also can't they sing some Hawaiian songs? . Luau food was good but it was only warm by the time it was served.. The entertainment was excellent, particularly the narrator. Swimming pools and slides are wonderful

Didn’t meet expectations.

Liked: The views , the staff in general
Disliked: Firstly , when we checked in the Room and package of the Napua Lounge I booked with Booking.com I was told didn’t exist together .I showed them my booking confirmation, was offered a lower quality room to meet the package terms ,in short we had to fight to get that we booked and paid for . In the end we did , but we were treated like liars .
