One night concert stay!

Liked: The staff at the front desk were great. The girl who checked us in was super friendly and very helpful! I wish I would have got her name because she was great. The rooms were decently clean. The bedding was clean but the floors had dust in the corners but nothing to terrible. Rooms were very quiet.
Disliked: Rooms were very small and lighting was awful, even in the bathroom. Makes it hard to get ready for the day.

Quick visit to Ohio State...

Good hotel in good location

Liked: Good location with tons of restaurants near by. Walking distance to the convention center. Room was ok.
Disliked: Air conditioning was so loud that I couldn't almost sleep. Staff was not really knowledgeable about what I would expect are standard, every day questions from customers.

Great experience

Liked: Hotel is located in the hub of downtown, very close to Columbus convention center, there are lots of restaurants bars around it. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, hotel staff was very helpful. I would stay in here if I visit Columbus once again.
