Liked: Quite cozy! I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast!
Disliked: In the evening I wanted to take a walk, but there were a lot of drug addicts on the street. I had to go inside.

Strongly recommend this hotel but...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and rooms very welcoming. Very silent. They clean and change your towels everyday. Receptionists are very nice. The neighborhood can be scary but it makes you face an important reality and it is safe.
Disliked: The elevator did not smell very well and I found hair in the shower and one towel.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is fantastic, exactly as shown in the pictures. Room and bathroom are clean. Bed comfortable. Many homeless gathered at dawn in Market st, but it's pretty safe to walk down.
Disliked: Some external person accessed the Booking.com system and charged me extra for my stay. This got nothing to do with the hotel. It was a breach in Booking.com system. But Booking.com does not accept responsibilities. So be careful with reservations with booking.com.

Nice comfortable little get away

Liked: It’s a cute hotel and the desk employee Edward was absolutely amazing
Disliked: The heater in the first room was leaking water and when I called Edward at the front desk he immediately changed our room and was waiting at the the elevator for us when we came down with the new room keys
