Fantastic Accommodation: Conveniently Located Near...

Liked: It's a fantastic place to stay overnight while exploring the area. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the delicious milk products in the fridge. The hotel offers a remarkably peaceful atmosphere when you need to unwind, yet it's impressively equipped if you prefer to visit the bar. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally friendly.
Disliked: One minor suggestion would be to consider adding a few more attractions for younger children, which could enhance the experience for families.

Liked: Amazing facility with perfect breakfast and super friendly staff.
Disliked: There's nothing we can dislike. We can only offer suggestions. An indoor pool, especially for children in our case, would make this hotel the perfect place for us to spend even more time.

Liked: Rich and tasty breakfast of high quality products. Perfect location close to Pardubice. Tidy and clean facilities with friendly and professional staff. Comfortable beds with extra long blankets and two types of pillows.

Superb

Good for a weekend trip

Liked: The hotel itself is very cozy, located in calm place, spacious and clean. What I did not like is that I paid for spa right in front of the desk. Checking out next morning I received the outrageous tone of the receptionist saying: "wait, you still need to pay here", good that I took a receipt the day before cause I would need to pay one more time. I take is rude as it was really low number of visitors and receptionist could have asked in better tone.
Disliked: Spa is not included in price, you ll need to pay 200czk/2h/person. Water in spa is not included in price. City tax is not included in price. I would make it all included to not bother visitors, especially having misunderstanding between personal.

Exceptional

Clean hotel with outdated rooms...

Liked: - Very friendly receptionist upon check-in- Cleanliness of the room was good- Bed was big and comfortable- Enough free parking spaces
Disliked: - Although breakfast was above average by Czech standards, it but could be better for a hotel of this category and pricing (e.g. more fresh fruit options, more warm food options like grilled vegetables, better bread, sparkling water)- Rooms appear rather old and could use some renovation - and they are quite dark due to poor lighting- Although the WiFi was relatively stable, it was very slow (only 5 Mbit/s in my room)- Location quite far outside and not recommended without a car (but it was known upon booking, so not really a negative point for me)
