Liked: convenient to spa treatments and mineral pool.
Disliked: Needs updating, the carpet was old and tearing, however I was told by the staff that they are remodeling.

A little slice of heaven

Liked: Everything, from the staff, the room, the 3 different fruit infused waters. I loved this motel and hot springs spa.The mud /massage package was so worth it.We will be back again next year.
Disliked: It was a bit expensive, but worth what we paid!

Liked: Clean, comfortable, quiet room.
Disliked: Second bedroom had only a plug in space heater. No robes provided for walking to and from spa. We visited in winter and the walk was cold.

Quiet retreat with posh accomodations.

Liked: Nicer than expected especially considering that it's rated as 2 stars. Nicer than a lot of 3 star resorts i've been to. Short walk from main street/ downtown, in very quiet neighborhood. Received an upgrade to a room with spa inside, which was very nice considering they only have 2 small hot tubs and a pool (which were all quite nice as well). The room had a electronic fireplace that set a very nice ambiance. Will definitely book again.
Disliked: Received multiple spam messages from the property prior to, and even one after my stay, which was quite annoying. Nothing to do with the stay itself as it was quite lovely.

Good Location

Liked: The location is walkable to the main rd, where there are shops, cafes, and restaurants.The staff were lovely & accommodating, they let us check in early & gave us an upgraded room. It was clean & had a small area to use for food prep with a microwave & fridge. The bed was very comfortable & it was a nice quiet area.The main pool is heated to around 85 degrees, & there are 2 large jacuzzi that are 100 to 104 degrees. They were clean as was the whole area. Also, the pools are outside with partial cover if it rains & it did, but we could still enjoy the pools.
Disliked: Aesthetically, it looks a bit dated & in need of refreshing in the pool areas. Also, I didn't like the carpeting in the room that was dark chocolate brown.I didn't take any photos here.
