Liked: This was a last minute add on to our break and I have no complaints.From arrival the customer service was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were a nice size, clean with everything you could need.The food far surpassed my expectations, I had the fish special for dinner and I was tempted to lick the plate it was so tasty. The breakfast buffet was again delicious with high quality food that had you turning back for more. The spa was a nice addition to melt away some stress and just relax.Over all the experience was 10/10 from start to finish, massive well done to the team. Thank you to all sho looked after us.

Liked: The hotel wasnt far from shops for getting something to Eat and close to my daughters Dance Comp she was in
Disliked: It wasnt fault of the hotel people but the Tv had come off the wall but didnt feel room was worth the price

Sadly disappointing.

Liked: Location for Glasgow Airport was pretty good and lots of free parking. The fact I had a health club was also nice.
Disliked: The room we got which was 248 was very small, there was black mould in the corner of the bath on both sides, no toilet brush to clean the toilet and no dustbin in the room. The other thing was that there is no light as you come in the door, which is where they’ve put the mirror to get dressed in the morning, so you can’t see yourself in the mirror as it’s so dark.The health club closes early on a Sunday so we only got to use it for half an hour and the man in charge of it closed at 15 minutes before the advertised time.The door for the steam room was made of glass and was hitting against the glass panels adjacent to it and if you did this heavily enough, I’m sure this glass would shatter and break Several tales round about the swimming pool were broken and sharp and the plastic trim around the pool had some pieces missing.There was a lack of signage on how to get to swimming pool and how to go to breakfast in the morning. You had to ask somebody to find out.Reception in the morning wasn’t manned when we came to check out so we just left the key on the desk.Breakfast was okay, typical Luke warm when you have a Booth style breakfast. Something that very few hotels seem to manage to do is to actually cook a hot breakfast in the morning when it’s buffet style.King room had maybe a large double bed but certainly not a king-size bed which wasn’t good for me as I am 6 foot four tall and it’s why I ordered a king room expecting a king size bed.HG mould spray would solve the black mould problem in the bathroom in 20 minutes.Spray on leave for 20 minutes and wash off and the black mould is gone. I don’t know why hotels do not use this more often as it absolutely amazing.

A great hotel stay

Liked: The rooms were clean and spacious. Nice lunch in hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There wasn't a lot of lighting in the rooms and seemed dark even with the lights on.
