Disliked: I’ve stayed here a few times, this being my second time this year alone. I was very disappointed with the size of the room. It was a room and not a suite. My room was 211 which I was excited about because I’ve stayed in that room before as well as room 210 and I as familiar with the size of those rooms. Then last the last minute my room was changed to 304 very small! It was very disappointing to say the least. It was a waste of money.

Disliked: What we didn't like was we were shown a room that was bigger. Paid for a bigger room and got a smaller room that was dingy and dirty.

Superb

Liked: Close to Manhattan but not as pricey. Metro station close. Kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was comfy too.
Disliked: The neighbourhood didn't feel 100% safe so we avoided leaving the apartment after 8pm.

Disliked: The air conditioner is like a World War II battle tankIt doesn't have the minimum standard to be called a hotel. Someone drunk was banging on the room doors???The cleaners only spoke Mexican.I paid for a service I never received.

Short Stay in the Bronx

Liked: The fact that it was easy to book, check-in and check-out. Location for me was ideal.Close to everything. Has parking, if you don't drive, subway and buses are in walking distance. Stores and restaurants are in walking distance. Very convinient location.
Disliked: No cleaning until you leave.

Superb

Liked: the rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable.
Disliked: During my 9 days of stay at the accommodation, the rooms were not cleaned, and the bath towels not changed.
