Disliked: The communication with the host was very poor, we requested an early check in and was told no problem that could be done but when we arrived they said the rooms weren’t ready and that we couldn’t check in until 4pm and even at 430pm our access codes didn’t work and had to call to get it working witch isn’t a big deal but the person on the phone was rude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing him

Disliked: It was a complete disaster from start to finish. First off, there was no one there to help us when we arrived, and we had to waste so much time just trying to check in. They even gave us the wrong building number in the address! Can you believe it? We had to drag our suitcases and carry-ons through a sketchy neighborhood with our two daughters. Not cool at all.And let me tell you about the elevator. Whew, it smelled like straight-up urine, my friend! We had to hold our breath every single time we used it. Finally, when we made it to our room, or what was supposed to be a room, it was a complete mess. The heater was broken because someone stepped on it, there was a huge hole, and the curtain? Yeah, it fell right on my little girl! Thank goodness she wasn't hurt, but seriously, that's a safety hazard right there.The walls were all beat up with scratches everywhere, and to top it all off, the neighbors were having some kind of weightlifting competition or something. The floor was shaking, there was loud yelling, it was a total nightmare. We couldn't get a wink of sleep, and my poor mom had migraines the whole next day. It completely ruined our trip, I tell ya.Now, I gotta give credit where it's due. The staff we talked to on the phone were friendly and eventually helped us find the right building. But let me be clear, that's the only positive thing I can say. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It was a total letdown and it seriously messed up our time in the city.And by the way, someone needs to take him look at that thermostat because it sounded like a train passing every time we turned it on
