The customer service was not...

Liked: I liked that it was on the water.
Disliked: When we arrived the front desk told us the air conditioning wasn’t working. No empathy whatsoever. She told us we could leave if we wanted to, however the air show was going on and rooms would be harder to find and expensive. We asked her to see if we’d be compensated to stay but she said the manager wouldn’t. A resident that lives there said the air conditioning wasn’t working off and on for days. After a few hours the air was fixed. We did arrive early but had to wait hours for a room to be ready. We did have three rooms in our party.

Very nice, would go back

Liked: The food was good, the beds were comfy.
Disliked: I was not happy that there was not a place to recycle our cans/bottles and plastic recycling.... FLORIDA DO BETTER!!!

This was the worse Hilton...

Liked: Didn't eat breakfast, checked out the same day I arrived.
Disliked: My room was molded, blood on bed and could look under front door while closed.

Disliked: I was there in room 307 and I think it is absolutely unacceptable to walk out to what was supposed to be a city view balcony and to be looking at the inside of a big green trash dumpster that the employees are throwing there trash out in unacceptable on many levels

Liked: We absolutely love all the new upgrades, the staff, and the bar food & drinks were amazing.
Disliked: No complaints.
