Liked: Location and Natural Beauty
Disliked: Pricy for a Four Seasons. Usually you expect a bit more in FS.

Great staff but overall, not...

Liked: The friendly staff made up for the small and limited spa space. The treatments were wonderful.
Disliked: We had Christmas dinner at the Talavera restaurant and it was crowded - we were prepared for that, however, the food was awful and very pricey. We spent our dinner watching other tables complain and return their disheand we fely so bad for the hardworking staff that we didn't complain, we just left the uneaten food. I'm all for pushing the boundaries on a menu, and trying for signature dishes but........just sooooo bad and we spent a small fortune on that inedible dinner.

Exceeded my expectations and the spa was perfect for a much needed massage! The food was delicious as well!
