Liked: Room was comfortable.
Disliked: Construction which was not mentioned before booking. Required to use service elevator and service areas of the hotel which were dirty and unkept. We had no hot water in the shower. The staff was unhelpful and obviously unconcerned.

Liked: I've stayed before, it's convenient.
Disliked: I have stayed several times over the years, last time there was construction and some amenities that are charged for were not available. This time I stayed it was a total mess and I think I should have been told when booking what a mess it is. BAD

Exceptional

Liked: The bathroom is amazing. Love the stand up shower and how the rooms have been fully remodeled for the best. The staff here is Amazing and friendly
Disliked: The mess for the remodel and how you have to go on a journey to get to your room

Disliked: property under renovation. Rooms are still full rack rate in cost. Have to access through pool entrance. No restaurant or bar. Water is turned off during day intermittently for work. Car was broken into on previous trip at this location. I realize this kind of thing happens, but the same location was robbed the night before and they did not warn us at check in.

Comfy room

Liked: Great location and very comfortable bed. Shower was awesome.
Disliked: Wasn't advertised that it was under construction or bar closed. High price compared to our stay at other facilities with same amenities.
