Liked: Good location and friendly staff, except for bartender who told me to hold on a minute, then proceeded to have a personal argument with someone on the phone for the next 10 minutes. Needless to say I didn't get my drink.
Disliked: Beds were used and lumpy. Our room was on 3rd floor and shower insert around drain sunk when weight pushed on it. Possibly rotting floor underneath.

The rooms were nice, and very clean. Dining area and bar area were really nice. What I really liked was how patient and kind the staff was with my grandsons. Most hotels are annoyed by children, but not here. Thanks to all who made our stay so enjoyable! My husband and I intend on returning on our own - we don't want to stay anywhere else.
Liked: Super staff! Everyone was so nice and accommodating.

Liked: Location. Room decor. Parking. Free coffee.
Disliked: Lack of free breakfast food--even if just a nutrition bar. Luckily, free coffee.

We'll probably look for another...
Liked: The location is great if you're flying out.
Disliked: There are several issues which I'd like to list. First, the room was far too warm. Every sleep study is the last 25 years points out the need for a cool sleeping environment, in the low to mid-60s. While I could manually set the thermostat to the "cool" setting and turn it down to 56, the temp never dropped a degree. Next, the breakfast and the service were a disaster. Apparently, no one who works there is familiar with the term "sunny side up." My eggs arrived fried through and through. Same thing happened a few months ago when we stayed there. You should do the guy working as the server in the restaurant a big favor and fire him immediately; he obviously hates his job. Worse, he's also no good at it. When he came to my table, I ordered coffee, It arrived in a cup filled level with the rim, so there was no way to add creamer. The guy set the coffee in front of me but never asked me if I'd like cream. Also, he didn't bother to provide a napkin or any silver ware. Just the over-filled cup of tepid coffee sitting there. I got up and went to the bar and waited for him to re-appear, so I could ask for a napkin and a place setting which he robotically handed to me.
