Disappointed and ruined our anniversary...

Liked: Not much Run down Not cleanPool so gross Hot tub not working gets too hot but no bubbles Pavers around deck get so hot and fake grass as well We were promised by you an oceanfront view and didn’t get it Got a second floor room on the Terrance where they moldy ac units are and people sit outside our patio and smoke and drink Seriously on the edge of our patio wall sitting there It was awful honestly

Liked: The beach was nice, the breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: As for the room, we had 2 adults, a 16 year old and an 11 year old. They gave us a room for 4 ppl but it was very uncomfortable for my boys. The pullout sofa needs to be changed out, it looks like it as well as the mattress are 30+ years old.

Liked: Patio1200 outside bar/restaurant was very good. Service, food, and vibes were very nice. Valet service was very good.
Disliked: Indoor Fish restaurant was very poor, at least for breakfast. Cold inedible potatoes, poor service. We arrived Friday and there was trash in the hall and it was still there Sunday when we left.

Liked: The weather was great so getting back and forth to the beach was awesome
Disliked: Our 1st night there being woke up by the fire alarm so early in the morning had to leave the building was not very exciting. I was under the impression that it would be beach front. once we entered our room when i realized not beach front, I called office they said no its beach view. I paid the extra for a beach front view we were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary it was a letdown. I booked this months ago, our plane was delayed and we didn't get there until 1am and I believe our beach front room ended up gone to other clients.
