Liked: Location is good enough, Stratford is a small town therefore everything is relatively close.Parking space is also good, entrances to the rooms are well connected.
Disliked: Rooms are not clean, indeed a little smelly, the beds at our arrival looked like the blankets were previously used but I could not be sure... cleaning supposed to be performed every third day but actually wasn't. (I had this room for 7 nights and the carpet was never vacuumed.In general facilities look old, dirty and abandoned, this place requires much better maintenance, a different cleaning policy and effective supervision to provide clean rooms, at least clean enough.

I will never return to...

Liked: Location is not exceptional but good enough, very close to shopping centers and to the highway connecting to Toronto
Disliked: I am very frequently traveling and staying at hotels using Booking.com as my main tool for reservations, I have "Genius 3" level, I reserved through Booking.com three rooms for 7 days but the check-in for our flight in Toronto's airport should be at 6:00h meaning that we should depart from Stratford around 4:30h..., on day 5 of our stay at 7:30h I went to the front desk to ask if I could checkout one day earlier not being charged, they revised my petition and around noon the lady in the front desk confirmed that I could check-out on day 6 and the amount paid for the last night would be refunded, she indeed confirmed with me the information of my credit card.Having that confirmation I reserved three rooms close to Toronto Airport for our last night, that saved us the driving time from Stratford to the airport and gave us some extra sleeping time.When checking out in the hotel on day 6, the man at the desk just charged the 7 nights, and when I explained that I had confirmed with the lady the day before he just argued that the "reservations made through Booking.com must be modified through Booking.com", he just charged to me the unused day for the three rooms.I tried to clear this problem by phone once I returned home, they apologize for the inconvenience, for not having realized that my reservation was not direct but made through Booking.com, but keep the amount, which is over CAD $ 600
