Liked: everything. beautiful and so comfortable. the beds and sheets were so soft! i would definitely stay here again. the staff was so helpful and wanted to make sure we were pleased. i even experienced a medical emergency while here and the lady on that night handled the situation so well. i thank her for doing so. i don’t know her name but God bless her heart.
Disliked: i can’t think of a thing i would change. Oh! maybe install elevators!

Liked: quietly and centrally located, modern clean neat beautifully decorated, nice scent throughout the property. The pool and gym is immaculately kept and serviced.
Disliked: There is no elevator in the hotel and the stairs are narrow and quite steep. easy to trip especially when carrying heavy bags. Nobody offered to help. Some minor things are not quite thought through; There are no coffee machines in the rooms (nor in the hotel), taps are reversed (on/off hot/cold water), the ac is very loud and located in the respective rooms, there are a lot of work out machines in the gym but no yoga mats, nor rubber bands and alike. All minor but annoying and very easy to fix. I’m sure it’s because nobody has asked for them and it’s a brand new hotel.

Liked: The Kelley House is my favorite place to stay on the Vineyard. The improvements are stellar over the past few years with the new management/ownership! Can't wait to return!
