Great idea, big disappointment

Liked: Location was great. Theme of the lodge is good.
Disliked: Room was very small considering the price we paid. There was a fire pit right outside our window that made sleeping very difficult. We had requested housekeeping during our stay and we only got it on the last day. We had preordered food for 2 nights of our stay and the second night wasn’t ready so we just asked for our money back. The amount charged for the stay kept changing daily which doesn’t make any sense. The morning that we were checking out we discovered that someone in a room on an upper floor had apparently stood outside smoking and got ashes all over my car. All in all, we probably won’t be back.

Liked: The rooms were immaculate and well designed. The hotel is lovely in a great location with so much to do. We wished our stay was longer just so we could hang out and enjoy the lobby, fire pits, and hot tub by the creek.
