Short one room

Liked: It was clean and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: We were told they only had one of the two rooms we booked. We were sent to their sister hotel and they would not honor the same rate. We went back to the first hotel and they eventually found a second room for us.

Great location, room, and breakfast.

Liked: Room was great with comfy bed and liked that it had a Netflix option on the TV. Breakfast was good and appreciated the Greek yogurt option. Quite nice to have Perkins restaurant attached too.
Disliked: Nothing, was great!

Bad luck! Not all experiences...

Liked: Standard Fairfied property--decent breakfast.
Disliked: I choose this property because of the free shuttle from the airport. I called midday to confirm the shuttle ran until midnight and to let the property know that I would be arriving after 6 pm, and close to midnight. I did not want them to give my room away. I was assured all will be well. I arrived at 11:30 pm. When I called for the shuttle, I was informed that the shuttle driver locked his keys in the van and was unable to pick me up. As a result I had to pay for an Uber to cover my transportation to the hotel. The hotel did not offer to cover that cost. The receptionist also told me that because I booked through Booking, my room would be given away if someone came before me since I was so late. All bad luck. I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time and could really happen anywhere. It would have been nice if the property would have discounted my room or somehow tried to make it "right" for me.

Liked: Decent breakfast.
Disliked: The hot tub was severely over chlorinated and left me & myfamily with topical skin and respiratory irritations. Asking for pool towels appeared to be an inconvenience to desk staff as well as asking for additional room towels.
