We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. This hotel was convenient to all of our activities, such as shopping, casino and the Soul Food Fest at 3919 Lafayette Road. We enjoyed dinner at Fridays, also the breakfast was nice.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Elevators got stuck; paying for parking.

Great hotel and location, terrible...

Liked: Great location with a nice garage
Disliked: Lots of extra charges on my bill for a 2 day stay. My original price on booking was $342 for 2 nights. The hotel billed me another $140 for various nonsense fees and taxes. I had NO incidental charges.

Great stay bad experience

Liked: Great location and clean
Disliked: The staff told us since we were Bonvoy members we would not have to pay the $35 self park but it showed on our invoice in the morning. When I addressed it upon checkout the operations manager said the staff had told us wrong and she’d need to retrain her but would not honor what we were told. I think it is wrong for us to not get the benefit we were told because of their mistake in training. What happened to customer service?
