Health Hazard and Service Failure...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The hotel’s facilities are outdated, and there was a strong chemical smell in the room. My child developed contact dermatitis after their first contact with the sofa and desk, despite having no history of allergies. Every staff member at the hotel was unhelpful and unapologetic, only seeking to absolve themselves of responsibility, insisting on waiting for their insurance investigation. We had to rely on our travel insurance and contact doctors and pharmacists ourselves. It’s hard to imagine how they would respond to a guest needing emergency aid, showing a complete lack of humanity, professionalism, and responsibility!

Disappointing

Liked: It was good. Staff friendly
Disliked: Pillows, towels and sheets have seen better days. Shampoo and cream rinse were terrible!

Superb

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable clean and the air conditioner worked well
Disliked: The pool was not heated. It was freezing cold where tourists were not used to that.

Very good

Liked: Helpful & friendly staff, clean and spacious room, good location (5 minutes to Universal Studios theme parks and 30 minutes to Magic Kingdom & Epcot), decent breakfast options.The beds were comfortable. There were few stores like Walgreens, 7-11 nearby. The swimming pool looked nice and hotel had self operated washing machine and drier.
Disliked: Can't think of anything apart from the AC in the room being little bit loud at some times.

Don't ask for parcels to...

Disliked: I had a package not found by the hotel, which didn't answer my emails and contacts to solve the problem

Pleasant

Liked: Property was clean. The staff were very pleasant and the free breakfast had a variety of options, also walkable for dining. Pool area was clean.
