Liked: Location was great and room and overall property was clean and maintained.
Disliked: Staff Issues. 4/16/24 Breakfast lady was late and breakfast delayed around 45 minutes and front desk women was terrible too. Was on personal calls for HOURS(Personal calls with friends, and even a long call with IRS about refund status all on speaker. : (

Overpriced for a mediocre stay,...

Liked: I could sleep there. Other than that it was a horrible stay. Will not be back when he travel back to Memphis this year.
Disliked: Rude staff, out dated appliances, overpriced, cars were getting broken into in the parking lot, breakfast was mediocre, our room was not cleaned the first day, front desk clerk was never at the desk, room keys kept not working, no hot tub, small cramped rooms, terrible customer service. Left and stayed at the Hyatt the last night there had a way better stay will never return to this location neither will our our organization when we return to Memphis.
