Liked: We had to leave before the hot breakfast items were out, but there was a good selection of bagels, yogurt, etc., for us to choose from.
Disliked: We had no complaints about anything.

Liked: The location, and the breakfast
Disliked: We did not get the room we reserved and paid for (King Suite) and we were told it was because of an “unplsned event”. I happened to witness the “unplanned event”, a NASCAR enthusiast, was adamant that he be on the first floor and the desk gave him our room, we had reserved in January, this put us on the 3rd floor, queen room. My wife complained to the manager the next day, and he told her that we received a “free upgrade at no additional charge”. The manager didn’t realize I witnessed what had happens she was in the lobby waiting to check-in, when the NASCAR enthusiast became upset. Then when we were in our room the shampoo and conditioner conditioner were out, and we were told we have to request such things. The next day our room was not made-up, nor the trash cans emptied, and the manager said we must request for our room be made up, they don’t routinely do it. Also, the shower curtain was too short and the bathroom flooded when someone took a shower, which I would assume would be be considered a serious liability hazard, but apparen it’s normal at this hotel.

Disliked: Why is this so expensive. There is NOTHING in this location. I feel scalped by the hotel for cost
