We are very dissatisfied with...

Liked: It was nice and well kept
Disliked: I booked and payed for a king room over a week before the date of our stay. When we got there they put us in a queen room and refused to even refund us the price difference they asked us to take something from their overpriced market as compensation.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, and the morning staff were just wonderful ladies.
Disliked: Upon arrival, the hotel was consumed by a large group of young people at a competition for 2 days, for which we had to readjust breakfast each day off your premises as it was difficult to get near the food counter.we understand but there were also a lot of other business folks, Police, hydro, and railroad that were on work schedules.

Disliked: Wi-Fi was Terrible. Affected my work. I was NOT happy. And I am not paying $5.00 extra for a basic service that should be provided for free. Also the Heat was terrible. There was no way to set a happy medium. Up to and including Cold Air coming from the vents when the heat was set to 72 degrees! I was either sweating or freezing.
