Disappointing

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The rooms were run down and old; there was no breakfast although it was mentioned while booking. Basic staples were unavailable and it was a struggle esp with a baby. Would not recommend.

Staff doesn’t understand booking.com

Disliked: They were not helpful with my refund on my credit card. We had to checkout early. I am still waiting on approximately $350.00 refund to my credit card

Liked: I liked the openness of the room and the kitchen
Disliked: There were several things in my room that did not work or were broken. The smoke alarm was missing, with a kitchen that has an electric burner, that was worrying, some of the furniture was damaged, and the bathroom ceiling fan/vent was broken.

Liked: Nice Location.Nice staff.
Disliked: Rusted appliances.Room and linens were not clean.Pretty much no breakfast (they had grab & go, but it had muffins, coffee… )
