The rooms were very neat and very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Liked: The hotel was very clean; we had a mix up with our room but it was taken care of very quickly.
Disliked: None.

Great hotel location for concerts at the Palace or DTE. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great to have a full kitchen. Also soundproofing of room was well done.

Disliked: Cockroaches in the room, cleanliness of the whole building was horrible. Our room was falling apart. Smelled horrible. Non smoking facility but whole floor smelled of fresh cigarette smoke. Complimentary breakfast was coffee with empty creamer bottles and granola bars.

Liked: The rooms were set up ok, the building was painted well, and there was good parking outside.
Disliked: The place did not smell fresh.Weed smell was all over the facilitiesStaffs were smoking beside the sign at the entrance that said no smoking with 100 feet of the building.Front desk staff were nowhere to be found if you need something anytime throughout the day.There was fire in the building where there was no communication after the fire alarm went off.The bathroom has no shower switch, We could not have a shoulder.Tv had no remote.Did not take breakfast, so can't comment on that.
