Liked: The Bed.
Disliked: Our check-in was on the 30th and we arrived at dawn on the 1st at 1am. The receptionist said that we could only check in from 3:10am, since we were tired and sleepy because of the trip and we had to wait in the armchair at the reception which is not comfortable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I also spoke to the manager who did not resolve anything, she said the same thing that the receptionist said. We were completely dissatisfied.

Passable

Liked: Convenient to the softball fields where fiance had to stay.
Disliked: Dishes, cookware had to be asked for. Fan in bathroom did not work or was not installed in bathroom

Bad

Liked: Me and my boyfriend and our dog have been living here for two weeks and planned on staying a month, so imagine we had a lot of our belongings in our room. We have been waiting for our house to be built. Anyhow we liked our stay and we liked the staff until last night. Our hotel had a fire and flood and we had to evacuate late at night. The very next day we had to switch our room because of the fire and flood and since we had to switch our room we had to make a new reservation and unfortunately we were not able to pay our room until the afternoon time and they told us that they needed our payment by 11am. We had been paying our room at 3 everyday with no issue. They had a new crew working today. Not only were they rude but they kicked me and my boyfriend out over the payment issue such bullshit. The hotel was always dirty and it's supposed to be non smoking but the second floor smelled like cigarettes. Very disappointed. Kind of glad we had to move. Also they say breakfast included, the breakfast consists of coffee and muffins and oatmeal... 😒 Don't recommend.
Disliked: Pretty much everything.
