Liked: The hotel looks like it possibly is a nice place to stay.... I wouldn't know though because when I came to check in I stood at the desk for over half hour without even seeing a single person. I ended up going out to my car to check on my dog and I fell asleep. I had a reservation at this hotel. They knew I was arriving and should've had appropriate staff working to at least check me in. I requested a refund and still haven't received a refund or even heard back from anyone.

Disliked: No ice machine, small breakfast offerings, instant coffee, high price of laundry machines, lack of information of the facility and surrounding community.

Wonderful Room

Liked: The front office was very friendly and accommodating. The room was just wonderful!
Disliked: The fan in the bathroom doesn't work and the bathroom sink didn't drain well.
