Extended Stay America Suites - Jacksonville - Riverwalk - Convention Center

Definitely would stay again. Room was clean. Short walk to the river taxi. Easy to get to from I95.

Liked: Nice room. Great location for Metro Park; full fridge and mini kitchen.
Disliked: No on site pool or ice.

Liked: The price is what you pay for, staff were great, place is run down and not recommended for families even for a short stay.

Disliked: Needs paint in hallways.. they do not have room attendants to clean on the weekends, they don’t tell u they charge for parking or you have to have 100 deposit for renting the room

Safe Place to Stay for...

Liked: Well lit outside around hotel makes you feel safe. People who stay here appear to be hard working people with jobs so it definitely adds to the feeling of being in a safe environment! Quiet, Non- Smoking Hotel which I appreciate because I don’t like cigarette or weed smoke! Hotel Staff seem to really enforce the Non Smoking Policy that other hotels only pretend to! Please keep this up!! Also gotta have key card to even get into the hotel front desk or you have to call front desk from the phone right outside the door to be let in for check in! Again, all of these things create the feeling of a safe environment.
Disliked: Soda vending machine in the laundry room has been broken for weeks!! Either get it fixed or get another one!! Seems like this would be an easy fix!
