Absolutely disgusting

Disliked: The staff that checked us in at 4am was sleeping and was unprofessional after she checked me in she thought it was funny to throw my key instead of handing it to me. The motel smelled like cigarettes and garbage. They had a pile of trash right by the elevator that lingers throughout the 1st floor. Eleven was dirty and smelled like animal. The room they gave us had some dog hair between the sheets. Our room was not accommodating for my family of 4 They over booked the room they charged us for and gave us a room with 1 bed and a pullout that was so uncomfortable. We paid for 2 nights but left the same day we checked in the bathroom was not cleaned there was a pink stain in the tub and toilet. You could still see visible pet hair on the floor. It was really upsetting, I hope they do better cause honestly I would not recommend this place to anyone I would tell them to avoid it
