Need TLC

Liked: It was near the Bus stop and many restaurants.
Disliked: I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel on Extended Stay on Caviler I encountered several issues that I believe warrant your immediate attention.1. Staff Conduct:Upon my arrival, I observed hotel staff congregated outside, engaging in loud conversations with guests. Regrettably, their language was inappropriate and unprofessional, which was concerning and disappointing.2. Facility Cleanliness:The condition of the hotel was subpar. The elevator was dirty, and the small kitchenette area showed signs of neglect. These conditions were not in line with the standards I expected for the price I paid.3. Reservation Confusion:I mistakenly reserved a room at your location, believing I had booked at the Extended Stay near the airport. This confusion led to an inconvenience, as I had intended to stay closer to my travel destination.Given these issues, I kindly request a partial refund or a discount on my stay. I believe this would be a fair resolution considering the circumstances.Please confirm receipt of this letter and inform me of the steps you will take to address these concerns. I look forward to your prompt response.

Probably won’t be back

Liked: It was close to everything.
Disliked: We kept getting locked out of our room and the lady at the front desk wasn’t very nice about it. And said if the key didn’t work maintenance wouldn’t be in til Monday and basically I would be locked out til Monday is the way I took it.

Garbage! I’d rather sleep on...

Disliked: Kicked out for leaving a bag of trash in the hall and the manager tried to enter my room over it. Police report filed. Refused a refund on my unused days! Stay away from this property!
