Clean comfy WiFi and a...

Liked: Clean comfortable WiFi fan in room for when the room gets hot which was appreciated as I stayed in the last hot spell .
Disliked: No onsite parking although there is parking somewhere you have to drive to it,but you don’t find this out until you enter the hotel but there is no where to park to go into the hotel. Maybe this should be mentioned on the booking site.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were welcoming.
Disliked: It was described as 4 star which set up expectations which were not met! No air conditioning. Lots of stairs which is not good for people with luggage for the airport.

Over priced parking for no...

Liked: Close to the train station
Disliked: Over priced car park because of rugby which was not stated on check in or on booking.com. They advertised on the website was £10 but charged us £20 for the day where the public car park charged me £2.20 for the day.

Liked: Did not stay as fully booked and no room available
Disliked: Reception told me to go to hotel over the road I asked them to come with me and they refused I paid 140 pounds over the road, and Homestay was 113. I went back and asked for the 27 pounds difference and they refusedOverall terrible experience They said it was booking.com fault as you overbooked Bad experience with both yourself and Homestay
