Liked: Good customer service from front desk
Disliked: This location does not need to be on booking.com. elevator smell like weed. I'm going to leave it at that. We didn't even spend 3 hrs at this location, and we left and found another hotel. The front desk was very kind and understanding.

Liked: The employee I spoke with as I was checking out was wonderful and almost made up for how horrible all of the other experiences were. I sadly did not catch her name, but it is worth noting this hotel has at least one redeeming quality.
Disliked: This was easily the WORST hotel experience I have ever had. First off, I went to check in with a reservation made through Booking.com and the front desk worker told me that their rooms are first come, first serve, and reservations are not accepted. So, I needed to pay for another room. He said I would be refunded for the purchase of the room made through Booking.com, but I am still waiting on that refund and pretty sure it won't come through. I even asked why I needed to pay for the room twice and he just kept arguing to the point where it was just easier to pay again... Needless to say this hotel is NOT AT ALL worth the $140 they were able to scam out of me for one night. On top of this issue, we were awakened by a fire alarm at 2:30 am and it was not turned off until 6 am despite the numerous calls down to the front desk. As soon as that fire alarm got turned off and silence was near, almost every dog allowed to stay in the hotel began barking. To the extent that it sounded like we were staying above a dog pound. The cherry on top though was I left one of my items in my room and came back about 30 mins later realizing it was gone, I went into the room to check if it was still there and nothing. I asked the cleaning lady who had just cleaned the room if she found anything, to which she stated no, so my item just magically disappeared from leaving it in the room to going back and retrieving it. This hotel is the worst and the worst and not worth a single cent of your money. There are a ton of way BETTER hotels near this area, I would suggest staying as far away from this one as possible.
