It was ok ..!

Disliked: The hallway smells like smoke cigarettes and weed and I thought that was a non-smoking facility. Hopefully they can do better. I didn’t see any security around there. I think that’s needed as well.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Horrible experience . I made a reservation, paid for it, got a confirmation, and then after a long trip (and ready to go to bed) was told there were no rooms. Had to waste time trying to find another room somewhere else while I was exhausted, pay for another Uber, and days later still fighting for a refund.

Good

Liked: Refrigerator in the room. Still wish you had a ice machine for the guests. We had the room at the end of the hall on the top floor-Quiet. Security walking around the parking lot. Breakfast-muffins!
Disliked: There was no shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. Who would bother to ask front desk for them after settled in the room? Only offer one plastic cup in the room! Found a live silverfish on the bathroom floor.

Disliked: Customer service, I spend 30 minutes waiting for someone ti take care of my check in, bathroom was dirty

Liked: Friendly, helpful, lovely Great coffee
Disliked: Bed too low & too soft, pillows too soft, chair impossible to get out of, noisy toilet, if I wanted heat I had to listen to the loud, annoying fan because it wouldn’t turn off, when fan first turned on I got cold air blowing out at least 2-3 minutes until it got warm, generally a very uncomfortable room

Liked: The staff was great 👍 I had a small problem and they took care of it and I appreciate it I had left my phone charger at home so the manager helped me out and gave me a phone charger which I thought was very very sweet and the front desk lady was just as fantastic as he was I forgot their names but if you look up the time I was there then you'll know the names supposed to get a free lunch give it to them
