Liked: The location to the conference center.
Disliked: The bed mattress was very uncomfortable and I tossed and turned every night. Not a restful sleep.

Close to cruise port, however,...

Liked: The location to the port for cruising was a great location and access to food or walking around.
Disliked: The picture of the room was misleading to what the room actually was like. Issues with water pressure and had to mess around with handles to get hot water which never really got hot. Very confined entrance/lobby area. Advertisement about breakfast included, which was not really a breakfast, which was more of a snack. Price not worth value of stay for one night.

Way to over priced

Liked: Room was poorly cleaned with blood spots in the bathroom. There was NO breakfast other than coffee. It was an OK location for a quick overnight stay close to the seaport. Never again
Disliked: They are way to over priced.

Bad

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: My family and I arrived an hour after check-in time of 3pm. The employee at the desk was sitting on his phone and not acknowledging me for 10 minutes. After he finally said something to me, he informed me that the rooms weren't ready. I went out and told my wife in the car to let her know it without be a bit of a wait. 5 minutes later I returned to the lobby to check on progress, and was again ignored. I then asked the concierge what time check in was, he said 3pm, then I asked what time it was, and he said 4pm. I asked him why my room wasn't ready and he magically said our room was ready. After the check in process I went to inspect our room. The elevator was noisy and frankly scary, as it was jerky and abrupt. The room key barely worked in the door, and the room was not very clean. The bed spreads were dingy and there was trash in the trash cans. The entirety of our stay the elevator was in and out of service and I had to carry 5 suitcases up and down the stairs only for the elevator to be working again 5 minutes later. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was un satisfying to say the least. I've stayed in far better one star hotels for a quarter of the price. Will NEVER return to this location.
