Bad

Liked: The property was lovely.
Disliked: Going through booking.com was a mistake. I paid on my end. However they didn’t fulfill their end. I had to find another hotel at 9pm. Due to poor customer service. Now, trying to get reimbursed.

Disappointing

Liked: The beds were comfortable. And the manager sam is very nice
Disliked: The room needed updated the stove Top did not work right?The shower needs to be The shower head for a handicapped person is not for It needs new shower heads and a one for the handicap person.

Disgusted

Liked: Only hotel available
Disliked: The electric leading to the fire alarm didn't look up to code, the shower/bath tub didn't drain, there was hair on the ceiling, vent was dirty, back of door was dirty, we wore socks to bed because we didn't trust the floor... just all in all was disgusting. We will never stay there again.
