The rooms were very neat and very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Liked: The hotel was very clean; we had a mix up with our room but it was taken care of very quickly.
Disliked: None.

Great hotel location for concerts at the Palace or DTE. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great to have a full kitchen. Also soundproofing of room was well done.

Good location but needs renovations....

Liked: The property was in a good location for my visit
Disliked: The room clearly needed to be renovated. The refrigerator had scratches on it, the bath tub has chipped paint or plastic and the TV had horrible signal.

Liked: the complimentary grab and go breakfast.
Disliked: The first room I was given when I checked in was filthy! The refrigerator was dirty inside & out and a dead roach was in it, the floor was filthy. I asked for another room & the floor & kitchen shelves were dirty as well. I will NEVER go there again!!!

Liked: Very reasonably priced location that is close to everything.
Disliked: For some reason, the thermostat was set to 86° in the room and it was difficult to bring the temperature down to something normal.
