Passable

Liked: When I first got to my room I was extremely happy. I just got out of a place that was just one room and Management left a lot to be desired. The t room was for my daughter and myself and our 2 dogs. When we registered iaskrd if I could add another person (my son) who has been sleeping in his car for two weeks with his dog. We were all homeless because they sold the house where we rented the apt in. And we had to get out. The girl at the desk told me that I had a couch that opened up to a bed so my son could stay. But there was a 2 limit pet policy. . So my son said no he would stay in his car. My son, my daughter and I are all disabled and it was evident just to see my son hunched over from the pain in his back. The girl let the dog stay as long as we paid for her also. I can't tell you how much I appreciated her understanding. . We made sure that we took care of and cleaned up after the dogs all the time we got to know some of the other tenants and we were all friendly and comfortable with each other. All was great.meanwhile I kept looking for a place to live with no luck. Then I read a call saying I had to check out. I asked if s he got any c complaints she said no but she couldn't let the dog stay any longer. Deep down I wanted to ask her if she would like to come and tell me which one I should get rid of. I am 77 yrs old, disabled and the only ones I have are my 2 kids who are also disabled and our pets who are well behaved, trained and give us the love and support we need to get through the hard times. If a place is going to advertise PET FRIENDLY. Then they should be pet friendly. I have been looking for a home now for a year and I have had no luck. I have called every gov. Program and applied for each and every one of them with no help to find. Housing has no such thing as EMERGENCY housing any more and when you call for help you get there is no housing available right now. Also section 8 is a long waitung list.

Room 101. The.Marcins

Liked: Being able to have my. Pets with me was.a real plus. Having what was like a.mini apt with a couch and.a little kitchen area was absolutely fantastic.. we could save monet by getting food.and cooking.it ourselves. The staff here were.so very friendly and helpful it was a pleasure dealing with them. I am disabled and the staff.helped me by seeing that my room was easy for.me to get.to and had a seat in the shower for me. I just wish.the.reaon I had to stay in a motel was.for.pleasure not for the.reason I had to stay in a motel. I am glad I found this place and I will recommend it to anyone I know.that.is looking for.a.good.plsce to stay. Thank you. Elaine Marcin
Disliked: The only thing.i suggest.is that when you get the room ready for occupancy you should make sure there is a plastic mat put down in the shower. It gets very slippery and I almost slipped when I was taking a shower and my daughter did go down. I told her to put down a towel on the inside floor of the shower while she was in there and it did the trick. No more slipping. Thanks

Bad

Liked: Liked it thought was a good experience until I tried booking it again. They made up a lie, and said I smoked in the room when that was not true. Would never recommend this place to anyone
