Liked: I was charged for the wrong room I called the front desk and told the hotel staff and they didn't care to look into it I never heard anything back and never got refunded
Disliked: I was charged for the wrong room and wasn't refunded anything and nobody took responsibility for this I have contacted a lawyer about this
