Disliked: Not easy to access for pedestrian customers due to location on major throughfare, rather tight stairwell and corridors for moving luggage, small room with tiny bathroom

This hotel screams mediocrity! Which...

Liked: The location is pretty good. It's right next to a tube station which is great! Also some of the staff where very cooperative and empathetic to the customers, so that worked in my favor overall during my stay.
Disliked: I only booked the hotel for 2 nights, yet I stayed in 3 different rooms. Each room had something else that was immensely broken about it. The first room was the worst as the AC unit made a RATA-TAT-TAT-TAT noise banging its conduit against the wall. The person at the front desk put me in a room with twin beds, which was fine because I just wanted to sleep, but then they made me change rooms again the next day...What annoyed me the most, and I know I'm being entitled when I say this ... I had some food in my room which would have been quite pungent. I brought it downstairs in a wrapped plastic bin bag after having put a new one in my room. I said "Is there a place to dispose of this?" and she said "Yeah just outside around the corner and turn right into the alley, there's large bins there" or something similar. I was like ... why on earth would you not offer to do that for me considering how much I paid for these rooms? Between the moving rooms every 16 hours and having to "clean up after myself" ... well ... screw this hotel lol... I will never stay here again. Sorry! :-)

Disliked: The en suite bathroom was so small that only a small child would be able to sit normally on the toilet. Was impossible to sit on the toilet for an adult!!! Not a great experience

Exceptional

Liked: All round great spot one big thing that I never see in other hotels wad the tv being hooked up so the signal was good plus, you can connect to the tv woth your phone another feature I rarely see in hotels. The in room tablet was different but worked very well. Everything was clean compfy, great location and spacious for London 10/10 will book again when next in London
Disliked: No ashtray outside for smokers... the missus don't like dropping cigarettes butt's

Fix your windows please

Disliked: The window was broken and couldn’t be closed, meaning we could hear the street noise all night…

Liked: Great location, aircon worked very well.
Disliked: Translucent shower and loo not great when you are sharing with a teenage son
