Disappointing

Disliked: Room was tiny with the bed pushed up against the wall so I had to climb over my partner to get in and out of bed. Lucky I'm not old or infirm. Very noisy and smelly. A very strong 'air freshener' was used and it was cloying. Air conditioning set to high and very difficult to change, there was some sort of smart pad in the room which may have controlled it but it didn't turn on and the check in staff didn't mention it at all. Wishing I'd booked a travel lodge instead!

Clean but small

Liked: Rooms were clean and pretty modern
Disliked: The double room is almost no double room. There is a major difference in size of the room. Our room was half of our travel companion. The bed is way too small to comfortably accommodate 2 larger in length adults. Didn't sleep very well due to that

Excellent hotel close to Euston...

Liked: The proximity to the train station which is why we had booked it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The room, a two twin bed room, was very well appointed and classy looking, and we expected it to be somewhat small which was fine as we plan to be out for activities all day. Comfy beds.
Disliked: The room could have just been a hair bit larger as we had a hard time getting our suitcases in the doorway.

Perfect stay

Liked: Perfect location .We stayed in a basement room with no window.It wasn't stuffy as air conditioned . I loved the design of the room , small but still plenty of room for two . Breakfast was lovely and staff friendly and very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate staying here again .
Disliked: Nothing .

Considering the location this accommodation...

Liked: The location, the cleanliness and the breakfast were wonderful.
Disliked: The room size was really small, and by small I mean actually small. The pictures don’t do justice to the actual space. The bathroom was only big enough to stand with discomfort and the bed was pushed towards one edge.
