Relaxing and enjoyable

Liked: Breakfast offered a lot of choices. Excellent beach and pool setting.!
Disliked: Parking was very expensive and should of been included in the nightly rate.

A gorgeous hotel with amazing...

Liked: Simply gorgeous. Beautiful lobby. Incredible pool area. A breakfast buffet that was delicious. And complementary! Very courteous staff everywhere.
Disliked: We booked two different rooms for two days and the price of one room was $200 more than the other. One was a king bed the other two queens. That was annoying.

Finally a resort that exceeded...

Liked: I enjoyed the free breakfast, the pool and poolside bar. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Every thing was what you expect in a beach resort. Every staff we encountered were polite and helpful.
Disliked: I feel the Valet cost of $40 a night was high. I consider myself a good tipper and I took care of the valet guys everyday. They were excellent!

Excellent accommodations and beautiful resort

Liked: I really loved the beautiful room with a gorgeous beach view. Plus, the fact that it was pet friendly. Also, the Valet Service for our cars and baggage when we first arrived were so customer service oriented. They parked our cars and accommodated us very well! First impression’s are everything !

Liked: Location, rooms, pool, beach were very nice.The restaurant near the pool was good.The main restaurant, which is the only restaurant open for dinner, was awful.

Liked: The smell was wonderful, the room comfort was great and the staff were always helpful and very kind.
Disliked: For the price per night the complimentary breakfast could be less cheap tasting.
