It was nice but our concert was unexpectedly cancelled and we had to pay for a room we really didn't need.
Liked: Breakfast.
Disliked: The event we were planning to go to was cancelled.

A little on the expensive...
Liked: Breakfast was good, the room was overall clean and comfortable. The evening reception with free drinks was a nice touch. The batch mixer was phenomenal.
Disliked: I requested in my booking that the pull out bed be made up prior to arrival and it was not. We ended up just sharing the two double beds. One of my friends also forgot a tooth brush and the front desk said they were out. The bathroom was overall clean, but you could see dirt and grime in the corners. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it took a while for it to cool off after a shower.

This hotel is decent.
Liked: Great hotel in perfect location. Great breakfast selection.
Disliked: Hotel needs a serious facelift. It NEEDS a remodel. The rooms are very tired.

Highly disappointed in all accommodations
Liked: Front desk staff attempted to be accommodating.
Disliked: When we arrived, staff was initially kind and welcoming. We got to our room which was clean, but did not have in room snacks stocked (as we paid extra for) and did not have enough towels, blankets, pillows and sheets to accommodate for the number of guests indicated to the hotel for the stay. When we asked for the snacks (we paid for) and the towels etc to accommodate all guests it took an hour for those items to be brought to our room. Then we attempted to go eat at the hotel restaurant and were told they did not have enough staff to take our order and turned us away. We were hungry and tired from travel and attempted to order pizza and other delivery (as advised by the front desk staff), but were told by all delivery restaurants (recommended by front desk staff), they would not deliver to the location or were closing (it was 8pm). After all this, the front desk staff finally placed room service order for us, as the restaurant staff would not take our order. It took over an hour for two chicken strip baskets to be delivered to our room, and the staff applied a 20% gratuity to the charge without telling us prior. We are people who always tip well, and would have done so without being forced; we mostly didn’t appreciate not being told a 20% gratuity would be applied. Then we attempted to take our children to the pool area inside the hotel, but were unable to stay as the pool was heated to the level of a hot tub and the pool area felt like a sauna. Finally, the next morning, house cleaning staff was knocking on our door at 8:45/9:00am announcing themselves even though check out was not until later. We were very very disappointed with this hotel as the hotel is supposed to be part of the Hilton chain hotels and was rated well by others. The manager at this hotel needs to better support the little staff they have in order to provide Hilton standard stays. We will never ever stay at this hotel or one associated with it again.
